Total ISP Solution (TIS) Android App is developed and maintained by Astha Technology, Bangladesh. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from users of the TIS Android App, including Admins, Employees, Resellers, and Clients. By installing or using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how the TIS Android App manages personal, business, and device data. It outlines what data is collected, why it’s collected, and how you can control or delete it. This policy applies exclusively to the Android app version of TIS, which operates in coordination with the TIS web platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Your name, role (Admin, Employee, Reseller, or Client), company ID, phone number, and login credentials (securely encrypted).
Device Information: Device model, Android version, app version, IP address, and crash logs for improving performance and compatibility.
Operational Data: Billing records, payment logs, client lists, and usage data synchronized from your TIS account.
Support & Feedback: Messages or reports sent via the app, including optional screenshots or attachments.

3. Location Data

The app does not continuously collect or track your location. Location access is required only in one specific case:

For Employees: When adding a new client, the app may temporarily request permission to access the device’s GPS location. This is used to automatically record the client’s installation coordinates (latitude and longitude) during setup.
For Admins, Resellers, and Clients: The app does not use or request any location data.

Location access stops immediately after the client is added. It is never used for background tracking, analytics, or marketing. Users can deny or disable location permission at any time, except when adding a client where it is required for accurate service mapping.

4. Foreground Service

The app uses a foreground service to display the device’s current internet speed (upload and download). This service:

Runs visibly with a notification icon while active.
Does not access personal data or location.
Can be turned on or off anytime by the user in app settings.

Its only purpose is to show your real-time internet performance. You have full control over enabling or disabling it.

5. How We Use Collected Information

To verify users and manage roles securely (Admin, Employee, Reseller, Client).
To display and update billing, payment, and network information from your TIS account.
To improve app reliability, security, and user experience.
To provide technical support and deliver updates.

We never sell or rent user data, and we do not use app data for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Internal Access: Only authorized Astha Technology engineers can access limited data for troubleshooting under strict confidentiality.
Third-Party Services: The app may connect to verified third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS gateways, and analytics providers — all bound by secure data-handling agreements.
Legal Compliance: Data may be disclosed if required by law, regulatory authorities, or court order.

7. Data Storage and Security

All communication between the app and TIS servers is protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
Passwords and tokens are securely hashed; never stored in plain text.
Servers are monitored, firewall-protected, and regularly backed up.
Data is retained only while the account is active; deleted within 30 days after termination unless legally required to retain longer.

8. Permissions Used in This App

INTERNET	Required to connect with the server and synchronize data.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	To check Wi-Fi or mobile data status.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION	Used only once when employees add a new client, to record accurate service coordinates.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE	Used to display real-time internet speed; user can turn it on/off anytime.
CAMERA	For optional photo uploads (e.g., client documents, NID scan, or site proof).
READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE	To download or save invoices, reports, and other documents.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	To display service alerts and app notifications (optional).
VIBRATE	Used for optional alert feedback.

9. User Rights and Control

You can view, update, or delete your profile information anytime.
You may revoke app permissions (location, notifications, storage) from your device settings.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
Data deletion requests are processed within 7–15 business days after verification.

10. Children’s Privacy

This app is not designed for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Any such data identified will be deleted immediately.

11. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Updated versions will be available within the app and on the official website. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated policy.
