Terms of Service for Total ISP Solution (TIS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TIS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

TIS is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for Internet Service Providers (ISPs). It offers modules for client billing, account management, network monitoring, OLT integration, and reporting. Access is provided via a cloud-hosted environment connected through BDIX servers for high performance and reliability.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• To use TIS, ISPs must register a company account with accurate information.
• The account owner is responsible for all activities under their account, including data input, user permissions, and billing obligations.
• Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and promptly report any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

• TIS operates on a monthly or yearly subscription model according to selected plan tiers.
• Payments must be made in advance through approved payment channels (e.g., bank transfer, bKash, or Rocket).
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Failure to renew your subscription may result in temporary suspension or termination of access.

5. Usage Rules

• You agree to use TIS solely for lawful purposes related to ISP operations.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the software without prior written consent from Astha Technology.
• All data uploaded to the system must comply with Bangladeshi law and not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Astha Technology reserves the right to monitor activity for security and operational integrity.

6. Data Ownership

All client, subscriber, and operational data entered into TIS remain the exclusive property of the ISP using the system. Astha Technology serves only as a data processor responsible for hosting and maintaining the infrastructure. We will never share or use your data for unrelated purposes.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

Astha Technology strives to maintain 99.5% uptime for TIS services. Routine maintenance and updates may occasionally cause brief interruptions, which will be announced in advance whenever possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice in critical situations.

8. Support and Updates

Active subscribers receive continuous support via email, phone, or in-app chat. Software updates, including bug fixes, new features, and security improvements, are provided automatically at no additional cost under an active plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

Astha Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use TIS. We are not responsible for data loss due to ISP-side errors, hardware failures, or unauthorized third-party access beyond our control.

10. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the system.
• Upon termination, your stored data will remain available for 30 days for export before permanent deletion unless required otherwise by law.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the service relationship. This obligation continues even after termination of service.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and related materials associated with TIS are the intellectual property of Astha Technology. No license or ownership rights are granted except for the limited right to use the software under these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka.

14. Modifications to Terms

Astha Technology may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website or notification via email. Continued use of TIS constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
