Terms & Conditions for TIS Android App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and any future modifications. If you disagree, you should uninstall and discontinue using the App.

2. Scope of Service

The TIS Android App acts as a mobile extension of the TIS web platform. It allows authorized ISP users to perform billing, client management, monitoring, and reporting functions directly from their smartphones. Some features depend on network connectivity and user permissions granted by your ISP account.

3. User Roles and Access

The app supports four primary user types: Admin, Employee, Reseller, and Client. Access levels and visible modules depend on your role. Unauthorized attempts to access restricted data or features may result in suspension or termination.

4. Permissions and Functionality

• Location: Used only once when Employees add new clients, to record service coordinates. Not used for continuous tracking.
• Foreground Service: Required only for showing current internet speed; can be turned on or off anytime by the user.
• Camera and Storage: Used for uploading proof images, NID scans, or saving invoices; optional and user-controlled.
• Notifications: Used for billing alerts, payment confirmations, and important updates.

5. Account Responsibility

• You must use valid credentials provided by your ISP.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login information.
• Any activity performed under your credentials is considered authorized by you.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed according to the TIS Android App Privacy Policy. Astha Technology acts only as a service provider and does not access or share ISP-owned data without authorization.

7. Subscription and Usage

The app functions only with an active TIS account under a valid ISP subscription. Use of the app is bound by your ISP’s billing plan and web platform agreement. If your ISP’s subscription is suspended or terminated, app access will also be affected.

8. Updates and Maintenance

The App receives updates for performance, bug fixes, and new features through the Google Play Store. Users are advised to keep the App updated. Astha Technology may modify or discontinue certain features without prior notice.

9. Limitations of Liability

• Astha Technology is not responsible for losses due to misuse, unauthorized access, or network errors on the user’s device.
• We are not liable for service interruption due to connectivity issues, OS restrictions, or Play Store suspension.
• The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of uninterrupted operation.

10. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Misuse app permissions or data access.
• Use the App for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Upon termination, stored data linked to your account remains accessible to your ISP administrator for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Intellectual Property

All source code, interface designs, icons, and trademarks of TIS are the exclusive property of Astha Technology. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App solely under these Terms. Reverse-engineering or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka.

13. Modifications to Terms

Astha Technology may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the website and within the App. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
